1.        Trim the stems diagonally
Use a sharp knife to cut 2 to 3 centimeters off the stems at an angle. This helps the flowers absorb water better. Also, remove any leaves that would hang in the water.
2.        Add flower food
Mix the provided flower food with clean water in the vase. Ideally, refresh the water every 3 days.
3.        Choose a good spot in your home
Place your bouquet in a cool location, away from drafts or direct sunlight, and not near fruit (fruit releases a natural gas that causes flowers to wilt more quickly).
