Use a sharp knife to cut two to three centimeters off the stems at an angle. This helps the flowers absorb water better. Also remove any leaves from the lower part of the stems so nothing hangs in the water.

2.        Add cut flower food
Mix the supplied flower food with clean water in the vase. Refresh the water every three days if possible.

3.        Choose a good spot in your home
Place your bouquet somewhere cool, away from drafts, and not next to fruit. Fruit releases a substance that causes flowers to wilt faster.
