1. Cut the stems diagonally
Use a sharp knife to cut 2 to 3 centimeters off the stems at an angle. This helps the flowers absorb water more easily. Also remove any leaves from the lower part of the stems so that no foliage remains in the water.

Mix the included flower food with clean, cold water in the vase. Preferably change the water every 3 days.
